by Jo Spindler | race results During the past 4 weeks my athletes achieved 3 race wins and placed 9 times on the podium in both the Professional and Age Group categories. However some of the most impressive performances cannot be expressed in numbers. For example Markus Hoermann finished 10th at Challenge Roth in a strong international field, a fantastic comeback after he suffered an almost career ending hip injury 13 months earlier. by Jo Spindler | race results Literally a hot race weekend is behind us. After a cold and rainy spring in middle Europe temperatures were climbing easily above 30 degrees. My athletes were taking on this challenge and I’m really happy that they all had great races out there including two victories of my professional squad at local races.

The best thing for a coach is when he sees that the hard work is paying off. Boris Hueber raced IM 70.3 Barcelona and he did an incredible job. by Jo Spindler | race results The European Triathlon Season is picking up speed and the pure Duathlon season is slowly coming to an end. Two of my ladies were racing in Gran Canaria, three of my gents were doing some cold and windy races in good old Germany and last but not least Mihai was racing the South East European Duathlon Championships.

In the race we all race (called life) he transitioned into a new phase becoming father of a cute son. His name is Bruno and we welcome him warmly on our small planet.
